RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 7 days upon receipt of your purchase for a full refund, exchange or merchandise credit. Items returned after 7 days but not longer than 20 days may receive an exchange or merchandise credit. We will not accept any returns 20 days following receipt of purchase. Returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise, different sizes or a store credit against future purchases. Returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn and must include original tags and original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping. Please mail your return to:

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the return processing.

Once the item(s) is returned, we will send a confirmation email. For refunds will be made via PayPal or to the credit card used for purchase. For questions please contact shopep@edwigepierredesigns.com. For merchandise credit's you will receive a separate email issuing the credit. Edwige Pierre Online support will keep record of your merchandise credit. Whenever you are ready to use your credit, simply send an email to shopep@edwigepierredesigns.com stating what items you would like and the order will be processed from there.

SHIPPING

Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you. Orders will not be shipped out on weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) or US holidays.

Domestic Shipping:

For domestic orders please allow 4-7 days for shipping and handling. In stock items will ship within 48 hours of ordering Orders will be shipped via insured Priority or Express Mail.

Delivers next day to most locations.

International Shipping:

Your order confirmation will include your total calculated in US dollars and will not be inclusive of duties and taxes from the US to your selected international destination. If applicable, those duties will be assessed upon delivery and must be paid by the order recipient. Depending on the location orders will arrive in 8-12 business days. International shipping is via insured Priority or Express Mail. The shipping rates are fixed, regardless of matter how much or how little you order.
